loom supersedes 10shuttle circular loom, while weaving high strength geofabrics with dual
warps and dual wefts the strength in weft direction is 14% higher than that of
10shuttle circular loom ,while weaving thin cloth like GCL ( Geosynthetic Clay Liners) , by
increasing warp number to 3520 pieces , the density of fabrics also
increased, as a result improves flatness and uniformity ,hence benefits the
qualities of GCL ( Geosynthetic Clay Liners).
2.SPCL-8/5000A big 8shuttle circular loom featuring 2880 warp
pieces used to replace gripper-projectile
loom for weaving geotextile exported to Europe and North America (i.e
EEE609,SG18/9 etc), due to the width of geotextile used in Europe and North
America is 4.5m to 4.6m generally these just
are the best weaving width of our big 8shuttle circular loom.
