It's known to all, for same type of fabrics
the way to increase turnout of circular loom is increasing cast rate and
running time.
1. cast rate = shuttle number x rotate speed of main motor
so the first method is to increase shuttle
number, then to increase the rotate speed.
a. increase number of shuttle---A way to hold knots
in manufacture of circular loom
As the manufacture technique goes mature. the shuttle's
number also increased. For small model , Light 6-shuttle taking place of
4-shuttle;for medium scale 8-shuttle taking place of 6-shuttle;for
large-scale 10-shuttle taking place of 8-shuttle---the reason is turnout
for certain speed of main motor,6-shuttle is 1.5 times of 4-shuttle,
8-shuttle is 1.33 times of 6-shuttle and 10-shuttle is 1.25 times of
8-shuttle respectively, it's obvious that increasing shuttle's number is
great helpful to higher turnout.

b.boost main motor speed---The way to burden
painfully by both of circular loom manufacture and plastic weaving field
As the whole level of plastic weaving being improved,the rpm
speed of circular loom is also boosted. Meanwhile three problems arised: 1
if the quality of weft can meet the demand for high speed weaving;2 if
plenty of heat due to friction of warp with shuttle can fire break the
warp;3 the quantity and lifetime of easy wear parts of circular loom.

to decrease weft-change time,also to increase weft length for every batch.

package to realize it.

capacity is 1.62 times of weft diameter(9---10cm).
